Julian is the Finance Director of the Logika Group (Air Quality Consultants, Noise Consultants and Logika Consultants) and joined in January 2025.
Julian is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience working in a senior capacity across a broad variety of sectors – ranging from professional practice, property and residential development, asset management to the defence sector.
He began his professional career within the Assurance & Advisory arm of Deloitte in 2003, where he completed his ACA training contract following university where he gained a bachelor’s and master’s degree in literature. In 2016, Julian was invited to become a fellow of the Institute for Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Julian brings a depth of strategic expertise to the leadership team, with the aim of ensuring the companies within the Logika Group enjoy a platform for sustainable financial growth, expansion and successful commercial delivery.

Planning Potential
Undertake a formal impact assessment of options to revise the Regulation establishing the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR) according to the Commission’s Better Regulation Guidelines.
Develop policy options for the control of key non-road emission sources in Bristol, based on the powers available to UK local authorities.
Review of trade effluent legislation and practice in the UK and Ireland, and worldwide, and the development of a series of policy options.
Support to the Commission with the development of a harmonised IED permit summary
