Tom is the International Air Quality Lead at Logika Group, where he leads the delivery of clean air and climate initiatives across emerging markets.
With over 13 years of experience in consultancy, he has managed projects for a diverse range of global clients, including multilateral development banks, bilateral donors, and NGOs. Tom has provided technical assistance and capacity building to government and private sector stakeholders throughout Southeast, South, and East Asia, as well as Sub-Saharan Africa.
