What we delivered

  • Assessment of permitting stringency for glass, pulp & paper, wood based panels and non-ferrous metals sectors [study led by Eunomia].
  • Assessment of how large combustion plants, previously part of a Transitional National Plan (TNP), have implemented the IED limits and LCP BAT Conclusions [study led by KPMG].
  • Engagement with the sector associations and Member State competent authorities to initially access, and subsequently to verify, the data.
